Our institution celebrated Kannada Rajyotsava in the name of ” Karunada Sambhrama” on 1st November 2025. It’s a huge colorful fest that lights up the whole state to honor the rich heritage, language, and culture of Karnataka with series of events they showcase the spirit of unity and pride that defines our state.









The Kerala Utsav 2025 celebration was conducted at the college campus on 18/10/2025 with great enthusiasm and cultural spirit. The event aimed to celebrate the rich heritage, traditions, and art forms of Kerala.The Chief Guest Mrs. Shwetha Menon, First Female President of the Association of malayalam movie Artists (A.M.M.A) inspired students through an enlightening speech about preserving Kerala’s unique art and traditions. The honorable Chairman, Dr. Sudhakar, motivated the students in studies and enlightened the importance of kerala’s culture. The event successfully revived interest in Kerala’s traditional art and culture among students

On the occasion of National Pharmacovigilance Day, Shantha College of Pharmacy organized an Awareness Rally to sensitize the public about the significance of reporting Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR) and ensuring drug safety.

Shantha Group of Institutions had the immense honor of hosting Padma Shri Dr. C. R. Chandrashekar, Retired Senior Professor of Psychiatry from NIMHANS and founder of ‘SAMADANA’ Counselling Centre, for an expert talk and interactive session on Mental Health & Stress Management.
Held at the SGI Campus Auditorium, this enlightening session provided our students, faculty, and staff with deep insights into managing stress, recognizing early signs of mental health issues, and practical strategies for emotional well-being.
Dr. Chandrashekar, fondly known as the “People’s Psychiatrist”, shared his vast knowledge and experience in mental health care, making complex psychological concepts accessible and relatable. His commitment to community mental health and his humble demeanor inspired all attendees.
