- Provide strategic academic and administrative leadership for the Allied Health Sciences College
- Ensure compliance with RGUHS, Government, and regulatory authority guidelines
- Lead faculty recruitment, mentoring, performance evaluation, and professional development
- Lead faculty recruitment, mentoring, performance evaluation, and professional development
- Promote research, innovation, industry collaborations, and community outreach initiatives
- Drive NAAC/NABH/NABL and other accreditation activities while fostering institutional growth
- Ph.D. in Allied Health Sciences or a relevant healthcare discipline
- Minimum 10–12 years of teaching experience with significant academic administration experience
- Proven leadership experience as Principal, Vice Principal, HOD, or equivalent role
- Proven leadership experience as Principal, Vice Principal, HOD, or equivalent role
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Principal to lead the College of Allied Health Sciences at Shantha Group of Institutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong academic leadership, extensive teaching experience, and the ability to drive institutional excellence, accreditation, research, and student success.
- Provide strategic academic and administrative leadership for the College of Physiotherapy, ensuring excellence in teaching, research, clinical education, and institutional development
- Ensure compliance with RGUHS, Government, UGC, and other statutory and regulatory authority guidelines while maintaining high academic and ethical standards
- Lead faculty recruitment, mentoring, performance appraisal, professional development, and succession planning to build a high-performing academic team
- Oversee curriculum implementation, clinical training programmes, internships, examination processes, and continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Promote research, innovation, publications, funded projects, interdisciplinary collaborations, and partnerships with hospitals and healthcare organizations
- Drive NAAC accreditation, quality assurance initiatives, institutional rankings, and continuous improvement processes to enhance academic excellence and institutional reputation
- Ph.D. in any discipline of Physiotherapy from a recognized university with a minimum of 10 years of teaching experience, including significant academic administration experience
- Proven leadership experience as Principal, Vice Principal, Head of Department (HOD), or an equivalent academic leadership role in a recognized Physiotherapy institution
- Strong knowledge of RGUHS, UGC, Government, and regulatory body guidelines, including experience with NAAC accreditation, institutional quality assurance, and statutory compliance
- Demonstrated expertise in academic planning, curriculum implementation, faculty recruitment, mentoring, performance evaluation, research promotion, and student development initiatives
- Excellent communication, leadership, strategic planning, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and foster institutional excellence
